A light sensor extends the fabric before your terrace heats up, keeping the rooms behind it several degrees cooler. The height adjustment shields you from low evening sun and unwanted views at once. In every position the sail stays taut – half extended or fully open. Your terrace effortlessly becomes the finest room in the house.

So your electric sun sail withstands any weather, a wind sensor is built in: it runs safely up to wind force 7 (50–61 km/h), then retracts automatically. In rain a water column of up to 1000 mm protects you – the taut tension sheds water in large beads, directed by the height adjustment.

Is an electric sun sail weatherproof?
Yes. The fabric is waterproof up to 1,000 mm, tensioned crease-free and long-lasting thanks to the protected fabric roller. In wind, the wind sensor takes over.

The roller protects the sprung drive system of the units. Sprung means our sails work with the wind, absorbing and releasing force in a controlled way. Safe operation of our sun sails is possible up to wind force 7 (50–61 km/h). In a storm the wind sensor retracts the sail automatically.
