What does a LET sun sail cost?
An honest answer: 20,000 to 40,000 euros – depending on size, shape, technology and installation. It’s the investment in a system that lasts 15–20 years, is installed by us and includes lifelong service.
For comparison: hospitality parasols cost 500–1,500 € each – but must be put up and taken down each season, stored and regularly replaced. Calculate the total cost over 10 years and the picture changes.
What influences the price?
- Size of the area – larger areas mean more material and more complex engineering
- Sail shape – Doppeldreieck and Trapez are more complex than a single Dreieck
- Mounting points – foundations, posts or special structures vary in effort
- Automation – wind sensor, smart home integration, time control
- Fabric and material – colour, waterproofing, UV protection class
