What is an end position?
An end position defines how far the motor retracts and extends the sail. There are two end positions: retracted and extended. The motor stores both positions in its “memory”.

Why do the end positions need resetting?
After a power cut, a lightning strike or another event the motor can forget the end positions. This is rare. You can fix it yourself without a fitter.
