Outdoor relaxation areas for breakfast and lunch
The terrace at the Ökohof Feldinger bistro is used daily for breakfast and lunch and serves as a central meeting place for guests. Measuring approximately 7 by 9 metres, it offers plenty of space for relaxing breaks in the open air – now enhanced by a stylish shading solution, it provides comfortable outdoor areas.
Design concept
At the Feldinger organic farm in Wals near Salzburg, an outdoor relaxation area has been created that combines lightness, functionality and quality – perfectly tailored to the requirements of a modern bistro terrace.
Instead of the fixed canopy originally planned, a conscious decision was made to opt for a lightweight, flexible sun sail. The beige double triangle provides pleasant shade without compromising the open feel of the terrace.
Not the entire area is shaded – strategically placed shaded areas ensure a balanced interplay of sun and shelter, creating a particularly pleasant environment.
The durable design is built to withstand heavy use during breakfast and lunch service, combining high-quality materials with long-lasting reliability.
