The sail is perfectly integrated into the architecture in form and colour – it nestles against the structure and feels like a design element, not bolted-on technology.
Control is fully automatic via sun and wind sensors: the sail extends and retracts by itself and responds independently to weather and time of day.
The continuous shade noticeably lowers the room temperature – especially in the kitchen and living room. The blinds can stay up, the view into nature stays clear and the cooling demand drops.
The slender structural elements are kept understated and blend into the clear architecture. The sail stays restrained and gives the house precedence.
The barely usable heat courtyard becomes the favourite spot again: a harmonious outdoor space that feels like a natural extension of the living area – almost like an additional roof over the courtyard.
Already in planning the sail was simulated on a 3D model – visible directly on the phone. It is handcrafted in our manufactory in Upper Austria.

Does the sail withstand wind and weather? – the owners' experience
The stability of the sun sail particularly impressed the owners: it stays securely tensioned even in stronger winds and retracts fully automatically in extreme weather. In light rain it stays extended and reliably protects the outdoor area – wind-stable up to wind force 7, controlled by sun and wind sensors.
