HANGAR-7 Outdoor Lounge Sunshade

Celebrate summer at the Hangar-7 Outdoor Lounge
Salzburg Airport is home to a very special gem – the Hangar-7 Outdoor Lounge. Here, where aviation enthusiasts and barbecue lovers come together, a culinary spectacle of the highest order unfolds during the summer months. The setting is unique: aeroplanes taxi along the runway whilst guests, surrounded by modern architecture and sheltered by innovative LET sun sails in a brilliant orange hue, enjoy a culinary high.

Design concept
The outdoor lounge at the legendary Red Bull Hangar-7 has been fitted with striking orange sun sails that not only make a visual statement but also embody functional excellence. Located in the immediate vicinity of Salzburg Airport, they combine architectural sophistication with the highest safety standards – ideal for an experience that brings together design, technology and comfort.
The striking colour of the sun sails reflects Red Bull’s corporate identity and makes a bold, eye-catching statement in the outdoor area.
The patented technology, featuring an internal load-relief mechanism, ensures wind-resistant stability and meets the highest standards for a public venue located near the airfield.
The sails create a sheltered atmosphere where guests can barbecue even in the rain or relax in the warm surroundings in the evening – without losing sight of the sky.
