Outdoor shading with retractable sun sails
By expanding its shaded outdoor areas, Lenzing AG once again shows its commitment to modern workplace design and staff satisfaction. Directly adjoining the office wing, an additional space was created to serve as a combined break and work zone, fitted with a made-to-measure LET sun sail.
Design concept
The extension of the sun-protection concept at Lenzing AG shows how modern „outdoor shading“ brings not only functional but also design quality.
The individually designed sun sails provide pleasant shade all day – whether for short breaks or focused work in the open air.
The delicate sail construction complements the modern architecture of the office wing perfectly, without harming sightlines or light conditions.
Thanks to automatic control via weather sensors, the sun sail retracts on its own in wind or rain – low-maintenance and safe in daily operation.
