During an extensive building refurbishment, the outstanding “Die Flaumerie” project took shape in Ried im Innkreis – a stylish lounge ambience with a quality terrace canopy for shade, designed for staff and customers alike. The mix of open architecture, a pleasant indoor climate and a weatherproof sun sail as shade creates a new favourite spot at the firm – usable year-round and seamlessly integrated.

With the “Flaumerie” project in Ried im Innkreis, Schmidt created a modern feel-good zone where stylish shade is seamlessly woven into an innovative architectural concept – realised with made-to-measure LET sun sails.

Via the central building automation, the sails respond automatically to sun and heat, keeping the lounge pleasant year-round.

The sails follow the clean lines of the architecture, built precisely into the façade – effective shade with no obstruction of the view.

Slender stainless-steel posts and tensioned technology keep the sails permanently taut and stable – premium, weatherproof and very low-maintenance.

For the “Flaumerie” in the Innviertel, an elegant terrace-canopy and shading solution was created. The electrically controlled sun sail is perfectly built into the façade and, extending automatically in sunshine, delivers constant comfort – stylish, weatherproof and low-maintenance.
